A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO HAWKS RIDGE DRIVE, HAWKS RIDGE COURT, AND PORTION
OF OSPREY COVE DRIVE LOCATED IN PHASE SIX, RIVER CREST ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS,
GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying to Columbus, Georgia,
Hawks Ridge Drive, Hawks Ridge Court, and portion of Osprey Cove Drive located
in Phase Six, River Crest, a full description of said property shown in said
deed; and,
whereas, said streets have been improved and met the required specifications for
acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department of Columbus, Georgia has inspected said
streets and recommends acceptance of same.
That the City Manager is hereby authorized to convey the deed dated the
30th day of September, 2004, to all of Hawks Ridge Drive, Hawks Ridge Court,
and portion of Osprey Cove Drive located in Phase Six, River Crest, be and the
same is hereby accepted. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to have said
deed recorded in the Office of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Columbus,
Georgia. A copy of said deed is hereto attached and by this reference made a
part of this Resolution.
