A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO FOSTER LANE AND THE DETENTION POND LOCATED IN SOUTH
ADDITION, ANGLIN COURT ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying Foster Lane and the
Detention Pond located in South Addition, Anglin Court, a full description of
said property is shown in said deeds; and,
whereas, said street and detention pond have improved and meets the required
specifications for acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has inspected said street and the detention
pond and recommends acceptance of same.
That the City Manager is hereby authorized to issue certain deeds dated
the 4th day of February, 2005, conveying all of Foster Lane and the Detention
Pond located in South Addition, Anglin Court be and hereby accepted. The Clerk
of Council is hereby authorized to have said deed recorded in the Office of the
Superior Court of Muscogee County, Columbus, Georgia. A copy of said deed is
hereto attached and by this reference made a part of this Resolution.
