A Resolution Authorizing THE APPROVAL OF A SHARED PARKING AGREEMENT BETWEEN FLOWBRO, LLC. AND THE
CHATTAHOOCHEE VALLEY CHURCH FOR THE PROPOSED DAYCARE FACILITY LOCATED AT 120
BASCOM COURT. whereas, Flowbro, LLC. is developing a Type III, Daycare facility at 120 Bascom Court
and can not meet the minimum of 33 on-site parking spaces; and,
whereas, the adjacent property of 122 Bascom Court is the Chattahoochee Valley Church
which has parking that is not used when the daycare is open agreeing to a
Shared Parking Agreement to assist the daycare with meeting the off-street
parking requirements; and,
WHEREAS, the Unified Development Ordinance has a provision under Section 4.4.12
to allow for Shared Parking Agreements with Council Approval; and,
WHEREAS, Flowbro, LLC has provided a copy to the City of a Shared Parking
Agreement with the Church for which both Inspections and Code as well as
Engineering reviewed recommending approval.
That the City Manager is hereby authorized to approve the Shared
Parking agreement between Flowbro, LLC. and The Chattahoochee Valley Church for
the proposed daycare facility located at 120 Bascom Court.
