A Resolution Authorizing A SPECIAL EXCEPTION USE TO ERECT A WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS FACILITY FOR

WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS SERVICE ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 7501 Midland Road. whereas, TLC Wireless has appropriately applied for a Special Exception Use, to erect a

195-foot wireless communications facility (tower) for wireless communications

service on the property described above; and,
whereas, transmission towers for communication towers are permitted solely as a Special

Exception Use under the current A-1 (Agricultural ) Zoning District.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

That all the criteria of Section 22-26.2(7.D) have been substantially

met and that a Special Exception Use for a communications tower for wireless

communications service is granted for the property located at 7501 Midland Road

with the following condition:





The monopole tower shall be painted a natural tone above the tree

line.


Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia, held the _________ day of _____________ and adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote of  _____________ members of said Council.
