A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO THE PORTION OF MEADOW VALLEY COURT LOCATED IN
HIGHLANDS PHASE SEVEN, GARRETT CREEK SUBDIVISION. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying to Columbus, Georgia the
portion of Meadow Valley Court located in Highlands Phase Seven, Garrett Creek
Subdivision a full description of said street being shown in said deed; and,
whereas, said street has been completed and meets the required specifications for
acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department of Columbus, Georgia has inspected said
street for acceptance by the City and recommends acceptance of same.
That certain deed dated the 27th day of January 2004, conveying to Columbus,
Georgia, all of the portion of Meadow Valley Court located in Highlands Phase
Seven, Garrett Creek Subdivision be and the same is hereby accepted. The Clerk
of Council is hereby authorized to have said deed recorded in the deed records
in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia. A
copy of said deed is hereto attached and by this reference made a part of this
Resolution.
