A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO THE CUL-DE-SAC PORTION OF PHEASANT LOOP LOCATED IN
SECTION THREE QUAIL CREEK ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying the cul-de-sac portion of
Pheasant Loop located in Section Three, Quail Creek, a full description of said
property shown on said deed; and,
whereas, said cul-de-sac has been improved and meets the required specifications for
acceptance by the City, and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has inspected said cul-de-sac and
recommends acceptance of same.
That the City Manager is hereby authorized to issue certain deed dated
the 11th day of May, 2005, conveying all of the Cul-de-sac portion of Pheasant
Loop located in Section Three Quail Creek, be and the same is hereby accepted.
The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to have said deed recorded in the
Office of the Superior Court of Muscogee, County, Columbus, Georgia. A copy of
said deed is hereto attached and by this reference made a part of this
resolution.
