A Resolution Authorizing A SPECIAL EXCEPTION TO OPERATE SERVICE OPERATIONS SUCH AS MEAT STORAGE, CUTTING

AND DISTRIBUTUIN, AT 910 AND 914 NEIL DRIVE. whereas, Daffin?s Meat processing has appropriately applied for a Special Exception Use,

to construct a new, modern building for meat storage, cutting and distribution,

on the subject properties; and,
whereas, Daffin?s Meat processing has appropriately applied for a Special Exception Use,

to construct a new, modern building for meat storage, cutting and distribution,

on the subject properties; and,


WHEREAS, the Planning Division has reviewed the request and finds that the

criteria of Section 22-36(M) for approval of a Special Exception Use, and

recommends approval.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

That all the criteria of Section 22-36 (M) have been met and that a Special

Exception Use for meat storage, cutting and distribution, be granted for the

properties at 910 and 914 Neil Drive.
