A Resolution Authorizing A SPECIAL EXCEPTION TO ALLOW A RESTAURANT AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF BRADLEY

PARK DRIVE AND BELFAST AVENUE. whereas, Design & Engineering, P.C. has appropriately applied for a Special Exception

Use to operate a restaurant at the above location; and,
whereas, a restaurant is a permitted use under the current M-2 (Heavy Manufacturing)

District.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

That a Special Exception Use for a restaurant be granted for the property located at the southwest corner of Bradley Park Drive and Belfast Avenue.
