A Resolution Authorizing A SPECIAL EXCEPTION TO ALLOW A DAY CARE CENTER AT 322 25TH AVENUE. whereas, Ruby and Samuel Shelton have appropriately applied for a Special Exception Use

to allow a day care center at the above location; and,
whereas, a day care center is a permitted use under the current R-4 (High Density

Residential) District.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

That a Special Exception Use allowing a day care center be granted for the

property located at 322 25th Avenue.
