A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO SONOMA POINTE DRIVE LOCATED IN SECTION ONE, SONOMA
POINTE SUBDIVISION. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying to Columbus, Georgia
Sonoma Pointe Drive located in Section One, Sonoma Pointe Subdivision a full
description of said street being shown in said deed; and,
whereas, said street has been completed and meets the required specifications for
acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department of Columbus, Georgia has inspected said
street for acceptance by the City and recommends acceptance of same.
That certain deed dated the 27th day of January 2004, conveying to Columbus,
Georgia, all of Sonoma Pointe Drive located in Section One, Sonoma Pointe
Subdivision be and the same is hereby accepted. The Clerk of Council is hereby
authorized to have said deed recorded in the deed records in the Office of the
Clerk of Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia. A copy of said deed is
hereto attached and by this reference made a part of this Resolution.
