A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO GRANDTREE WAY AND GRANDTREE COURT LOCATED IN
SECTION TWO, GRANDTREE SUBDIVISION, ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia, has been submitted a deed conveying to Columbus, Georgia,
Grandtree Way and Grandtree Court located in Section Two, Grandtree
Subdivision; a full description of said streets being shown in said deed; and,
whereas, said streets have been improved and meet the required specifications for
acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department of Columbus, Georgia has inspected said
streets for acceptance by the City, and recommends acceptance of same.
That certain deed dated the __26th_ day of _June, 2003_ conveying to
Columbus, Georgia, all of Grandtree Way and Grandtree Court, located in Section
Two, Grandtree Subdivision, be and the same is hereby accepted. The Clerk of
Council is hereby authorized to have said deed recorded in the deed record in
the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia. A
copy of said deed is hereto attached and by this reference made part of this
Resolution.
