A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO THE EXTENSION OF TIMBER CREEK WAY, SECTION FIVE,

TIMBER CREEK ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying to Columbus, Georgia the

extension of Timber Creek Way; and,
whereas, said street has been improved and meets the required specifications; and,





WHEREAS, the Engineering Department of Columbus, Georgia has inspected the

street and recommends acceptance of same.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

Accept that certain deed dated the 13th day of November, 2001,

conveying to Columbus, Georgia, all of the extension of Timber Creek Way, be

and the same is hereby accepted. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to

have said deed recorded in the Deed Records in the Office of the Clerk of

Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia, Copies of said deed are hereto

attached and by this reference made a part of this Resolution.
