A Resolution Authorizing TO EXECUTE A LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF COLUMBUS AND BASH SPORTS

MANAGEMENT, L.L.C.,(ATLANTIC INDOOR FOOTBALL LEAGUE). whereas, Atlantic Indoor Football League will play a minimum of seven home games per

season at the Columbus Civic Center; and,
whereas, Bash Sports Management has agreed to pay a fixed monthly rate for the use of

the space and facilities in addition to other fees; and,
WHEREAS, the term of the lease agreement will be for two (2) years.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a two year lease

agreement with Bash Sports Management (Atlantic Indoor Football League) for the

use of the Civic Center during their season.
