A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO KINGSBERRY STREET LOCATED IN SECTION TWO, MOONLAKE
SUBDIVISION. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying to Columbus, Georgia
Kingsberry Street located in Section Two, Moonlake Subdivision a full
description of said street being shown in said deed; and,
whereas, said street has been completed and meets the required specifications for
acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department of Columbus, Georgia has inspected said
street for acceptance by the City and recommends acceptance of same.
That certain deed dated the 12th day of March 2004, conveying to
Columbus, Georgia all of Kingsberry Street located in Section Two, Moonlake
Subdivision be an the same is hereby accepted. The Clerk of Council is hereby
authorized to have said deed recorded in the deed records in the Office of the
Clerk of Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia. A copy of said deed is
hereto attached and by this reference made a part of this Resolution.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia, held the ___23rd___ day of ___March____ and adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote of _____________ members of said Council.
