A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO THAT PORTION OF MEADOW VALLEY COURT AND CROSS CREEK
LANE, LOCATED IN HIGHLANDS PHASE EIGHT, GARRETT CREEK. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying the portion of Meadow
Valley Court and Cross Creek Lane located in Highlands Phase Eight, Garrett
Creek, a full description of said property, is shown in said deed; and,
whereas, said streets have been improved and meet the required specifications for
acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has inspected said streets and recommends
acceptance of same.
That the Interim City Manager is hereby authorized to issue certain deed dated
the 1st of February, 2005 conveying to Columbus, Georgia all of the portion of
Meadow Valley Court and Cross Creek Lane located in Highlands Phase Eight,
Garrett Creek be the same is hereby accepted. The Clerk of Council is hereby
authorized to have said deed recorded in the Office of the Superior Court of
Muscogee County, Columbus, Georgia. A copy of said deed is hereto attached and
by this reference made a part of this resolution.
