A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO ZANDER COURT AND THE PORTION OF LEAF BROOK DRIVE
LOCATED IN SECTION THREE GRANDTREE ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying to Columbus, Georgia
Zander Court and the portion of Leaf Brook Drive located in Section Three,
Grandtree, a full description of said property being shown in said deed; and,
whereas, said streets have been improved and meet the required specifications for
acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has inspected said streets and recommends
acceptance of same.
That certain deed dated the 30th day of June, 2004 conveying to
Columbus, Georgia all of Zander Court and the portion of Leaf Brook Drive
located in Section Three, Grandtree, be and the same is hereby accepted. The
Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to have said deed recorded in the Office
of the Clerk of Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia. A copy of said deed
is hereto attached and by this reference made a part of this Resolution.
