A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO THAT PORTION OF BUNKER RIDGE DRIVE LOCATED IN
SECTION SIX, BUNKER RIDGE ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying that portion of Bunker
Ridge Drive located in Section Six, Bunker Ridge, a full description of said
property shown in said deed; and,
whereas, said street has been improved and meets the required specifications for
acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department of Columbus, Georgia has inspected said
street and recommends acceptance of same.
THAT certain deed dated April 26th, 2005, conveying to Columbus,
Georgia, that portion of Bunker Ridge Drive located in Section Six, Bunker
Ridge, be and the same is hereby accepted. The Clerk of Council is hereby
authorized to have said deed recorded in the Office of Superior Court of
Muscogee County, Columbus, Georgia. A copy of said deed is hereto attached and
by this reference made a part of this resolution.
