A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO AARON LANE LOCATED IN SECTION FOUR, SPRING RIDGE whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying to Columbus, Georgia
Aaron Court located in Section Four, Spring Ridge a full description of said
street being shown in said deed; and,
whereas, said street has been completed and meets the required specifications for
acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department of Columbus, Georgia has inspected said
street for acceptance by the City and recommends acceptance of same.
That certain deed dated the 27th day of April 2004, conveying to Columbus,
Georgia, all of Aaron Lane, located in Section Four, Spring Ridge, be and the
same is hereby accepted. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to have said
deed recorded in the deed records in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior
Court of Muscogee County, Georgia. A copy of said deed is hereto attached by
this reference made a part of this resolution.
