A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO THAT PORTION OF CROSSBOW DRIVE AND THE DETENTION
BASIN LOCATED IN SECTION ELEVEN, EAGLE POINTE ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying to the portion of
Crossbow Drive and the Detention Basin located in Section Eleven, Eagle Pointe,
a full description of said property shown in said deed; and,
whereas, said street and detention basin have been improved and meets the required
specifications for acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has inspected said street and the detention
basin and recommends acceptance of same.
That the City Manager is hereby authorized to issue certain deed dated the 26th
day of January, 2005, conveying to Columbus, Georgia all of that portion of
Crossbow Drive and the Detention Basin located in Section Eleven, Eagle Pointe
be and the same is hereby accepted. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized
to have said deed recorded in the Office of the Superior Court of Muscogee
County, Columbus, Georgia. A copy of said deed is hereto attached and by this
reference made a part of this Resolution.
