A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO BENTLEY DRIVE LOCATED IN PHASE ONE, CEDAR POINTE
SUBDIVISION, ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA. whereas, a deed has been submitted conveying to Columbus, Georgia, Bentley Drive,
located in Phase One, Cedar Pointe Subdivision, a full description of said
property being shown in said deed; and,
whereas, said street has been improved and meets the required specifications for
acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department of Columbus, Georgia has inspected said
street and recommends acceptance of same.
That certain deed dated the _14th_ day of _May, 2002, conveying to Columbus, Georgia, all of Bentley Drive located in Phase One, Cedar Pointe Subdivision, be and the same is hereby accepted. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to have said deed recorded in the deed records in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia. A copy of said deed is hereto attached and by this reference made a part of this Resolution.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia, held the 14th day of May, 2002 and adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote of members of said Council.
