A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO CREEK BEND RIDGE, WINDRUSH WAY, PORTION OF
TRAVELERS WAY AND PORTION OF JOURNEY WAY LOCATED IN SECTION THREE, KINGS TRAIL
SUBDIVISION. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying to Columbus, Georgia
Creek Bend Ridge, Windrush Way, Portion of Travelers Way and Portion of Journey
Way located in Section Three, Kings Trail Subdivision a full description of
said property being shown in said deed; and,
whereas, said streets have been improved and meet the required specifications for
acceptance by the City; and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department of Columbus, Georgia has inspected said
streets for acceptance by the City and recommends acceptance of same.
That certain deed dated the 30th day of April, 2004, conveying to Columbus,
Georgia, all of Creek Bend Ridge, Windrush Way, Portion of Travelers Way and
Portion of Journey Way located in Section Three, Kings Trail Subdivision, be
and the same is hereby accepted. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to
have said deed recorded in the deed records in the Office of the Clerk of the
Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia. A copy of said deed is hereto
attached and by this reference made a part of this Resolution.
