A Resolution Authorizing A SPECIAL EXCEPTION USE TO ERECT A WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS FACILITY FOR

WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS SERVICE ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 8935 River Road. whereas, TLC Wireless has appropriately applied for a Special Exception Use, to erect a

195-foot wireless communications facility (tower) for wireless communications

service on the property described above; and,
whereas, transmission towers for communication towers are permitted solely as a Special

Exception Use under the current A-1 (Agricultural) zoning district; and,


WHEREAS, the Planning Division has reviewed the request and finds that the

criteria of Section 22-26.2(7.D) for approval of a Special Exception Use have

been properly met.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

That all the criteria of Section 22-26.2(7.D) have been properly met.



A Special Exception Use to erect a wireless communication tower for

wireless communications service is granted for the property located at 8935

River Road.
