A Resolution Authorizing THE AMENDMENT OF RESOLUTION NO. 168-00 WHICH PROVIDES FOR SUPPORT OF THE

REDEVELOPMENT OF THE ROBIN'S TRACE APARTMENTS (FKA TRAFFIC GARDENS). whereas, Resolution No. 168-00 provided support for the rehabilitation of the Traffic

Gardens Apartments, which contained 100 one and two bedroom units on property

located at 1600 Fort Benning Road, Columbus, Georgia, 31903; and,
whereas, Capital Development Group is proposing the demolition of these existing

structures and proposes to develop 144 new apartments to be known as Robin's

Trace Apartments.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

That Council of the Consolidated Government of Columbus hereby amends Resolution No. 168-00 and supports the proposed development of 144 new apartments to be known as Robin's Trace Apartments (fka Traffic Gardens).
