A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO SCHOOL HOUSE DRIVE AND SCHOOL COURT LOCATED IN
SECTION TWENTY-TWO, SWEETWATER VILLAGE ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying School House Drive and
School Court located in Section Twenty-two, Sweetwater Village a full
description of said property being shown in said deed; and,
whereas, said streets have been improved and meet the required specifications for
acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has inspected said streets for acceptance
and recommends acceptance of same.
That certain deed dated the 21st day of May, 2004, conveying to Columbus,
Georgia, all of School House Drive and School Court located in Section
Twenty-two, Sweetwater Village, be and the same is hereby accepted. The Clerk
of Council is hereby authorized to have said deed recorded in the deed records
in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia. A
copy of said deed is hereto attached and by this reference made a part of this
Resolution.
