A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO THAT PORTION OF STEELECREEK DRIVE AND THAT PORTION

OF STEELECREEK COURT LOCATED IN SECTION ONE, STEELECREEK SUBDIVISION ON BEHALF

OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying to Columbus, Georgia,

that portion of SteeleCreek Drive and that portion of SteeleCreek Court located

in Section One, SteeleCreek Subdivision, a full description of said property

shown in said deed; and,
whereas, said streets have been improved and met the required specifications for

acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has inspected said streets and recommends

acceptance of same.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

That certain deed dated the 17th day of December, 2004, conveying to Columbus,

Georgia all of that portion of SteeleCreek Drive and that portion of

SteeleCreek Court located in Section One, SteeleCreek Subdivision, be and the

same is hereby accepted. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to have

said deed recorded in the Office of the Superior Court of Muscogee County,

Columbus, Georgia. A copy of said deed is hereto attached and by this

reference made a part of this Resolution.
