A Resolution Authorizing COVERING RIGHT OF WAY AGREEMENT WITH THE GEORGIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION. whereas, the Department of Transportation will assist the City of Columbus, Georgia, a

consolidated City/County government, in a County Contract to re-surface parking

lots in Columbus Technical College, State Aid Project SCHPR-S006-00 (957)

Muscogee County; and,
whereas, the project will extend wholly in the corporate limits of Columbus, Georgia,

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a City Right of Way Agreement

and subsequent agreement necessary to implement the project with the Department

of Transportation (DOT) for a County Contract to re-surface parking lot at

Columbus Technical College, State Aid Project SCHPR-S006-00 (957), Muscogee
