A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO THAT PORTION OF WATERVALLEY DRIVE, WATERSTONE
DRIVE AND WATERHILL DRIVE LOCATED IN SECTION FOUR, WATERSTONE ON BEHALF OF
COLUMBUS, GEORGIA whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying to the portion of
Watervalley Drive, Waterstone Drive and Waterhill Drive located in Section
Four, Waterstone, a full description of said property is included in the deed;
and,
whereas, said streets have been improved and met the required specifications for
acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has inspected said streets and recommends
acceptance of same.
THAT certain deed dated the 23rd day of November, 2004 conveying to
Columbus, Georgia all of that portion of Watervalley Drive, Waterstone Drive
and Waterhill Drive located in Section Four, Waterstone, be and the same is
hereby accepted. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to have said deed
recorded in the Office of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Columbus,
Georgia. A copy of said deed is hereto attached and by this reference made a
part of this Resolution.
