A Resolution Authorizing ABANDONMENT OF THE EXISTING FORTY FOOT STORM DRAINAGE EASEMENT SHOWN AS POND

LOT ON PLAT ANGLIN COURT DATED AUGUST 21, 1991 whereas, the owner of the property Wright Wade has requested the City abandon all of

said forty foot storm drainage easement as shown on Lot shown as "Pond Lot" in

Anglin Court Subdivision.
whereas, the owner has requested all that tract or parcel of land lying and being in

Land Lot 28, 8th District, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia, part of Pond Lot

Being in Anglin Court Subdivision, being more particularly described as: All

of Said forty foot Storm Drainage Easement as shown on Lot shown as "Pond Lot"

in Anglin Court Subdivision.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

That the City Manager is hereby authorized to abandon the existing forty foot

storm drainage easement shown as "Pond Lot", 3808 Anglin Court and execute a

Quite Claim Deed to Wright Wade for said property.
