A Resolution Authorizing ABANDONMENT OF A PORTION OF THE EXISTING TWENTY FIVE FOOT STORM DRAIN EASEMENT
BY TWO AND ONE HALF FEET ON EITHER SIDE OF THE PROPERTY LOT LINE BETWEEN LOTS
17 AND 18 BLOCK B, SPRING RIDGE SUBDIVISION, REDUCING STORM DRAIN EASEMENT TO
TWENTY FOOT. whereas, the owner of the property Edgar Hughston Builder, Inc., has requested the City
abandon a portion of the existing twenty-five foot storm drain easement shown
on Plat - Section Four Spring Ridge; and,
whereas, the owner has requested the existing twenty-five foot storm drain easement to
be reduced by two and one half feet on either side of the property lot line
between lots 17 and 18 Block B, Spring Ridge Subdivision in order to build
residential structures.
That the City Manager is hereby authorized to abandon and issue a Quit
Claim Deed for the existing twenty-five foot storm drain easement be reduced by
two and one half feet on either side of the property lot line between Lots 17
and 18 Block B, Spring Ridge Subdivision, relinquishing this property to the
above property owners.
