A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO VETERANS COURT LOCATED IN VETERANS COURT CENTER whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying to Columbus, Georgia
Veterans Court located in Veterans Court Center a full description of said
street being shown in said deed; and
whereas, said streets have been completed and meet the required specifications for
acceptance by the City; and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department of Columbus, Georgia has inspected said
street for acceptance by the City and recommends acceptance of same.
That certain deed dated the 6th day of February 2004, conveying to Columbus,
Georgia, Veterans Court located in Veterans Court Center be and the same is
hereby accepted. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to have said deed
recorded in the deed records in the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of
Muscogee County, Georgia. A copy of said deed is hereto attached and by this
reference made a part of this Resolution.
