A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO UPATOI RIDGE LOCATED IN UPATOI RIDGE SUBDIVISION whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying Upatoi Ridge located in

Upatoi Ridge Subdivision; and,
whereas, said street has been improved and meets the required specifications for

acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has inspected said street and recommends

acceptance of same.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

That the City Manager is hereby authorized to convey the deed dated the

30th day of September, 2004, to all of Upatoi Ridge located in Upatoi Ridge

Subdivision, be and the same is hereby accepted. The Clerk of Council is

hereby authorized to have said deed recorded in the Office of the Superior

Court of Muscogee County, Georgia. A copy of said deed is hereto attached and

by this reference made a part of this Resolution.
