A Resolution Authorizing THE CITY MANAGER TO CONVEY THE MAINTENANCE OF THE PARK LOCATED ON "PARCEL 300",
THE SOUTH END OF THE SYNOVUS BUILDING ON BAY AVENUE, FRONT AVENUE AND BEING
PART OF WATER LOTS 27, 28 AND 29, TO W. C. BRADLEY COMPANY. whereas, W. C. Bradley Company owns the property; and,
WHEREAS, the park area was to be maintained by W. C. Bradley Company for one
year through a Warranty Deed; and,
whereas, the City on the second year and thereafter would be responsible for the
maintenance of improvements and landscaping; and,
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Consolidated Government of Columbus,
Georgia to return maintenance of the park to W. C. Bradley Company.
That the City Manager is hereby authorized to amend the Warranty Deed retuning
maintenance of the park to W. C. Bradley; "Parcel 300", a park area directly
adjacent to the south end of the Synovus Building on Bay Avenue and Front
Avenue and being part of Water Lots 27, 28 and 29.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia, held the _________ day of _____________ and adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote of _____________ members of said Council.
