A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO HIGHLANDS DRIVE, MEADOW VALEY COURT AND WOODLAND
RIDGE DRIVE LOCATED IN PHASE 5, GARRETT CREEK SUBDIVISION ON BEHALF OF
COLUMBUS, GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying to Columbus, Georgia,
Highlands Drive, Meadow Valley Court and Woodland Ridge Drive located in Phase
5, Garrett Creek Subdivision, a full description of said property being shown
in said deed; and,
whereas, said streets have been improved and meet the required specifications; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department of Columbus, Georgia has inspected said
streets and recommends acceptance of same.
THAT certain deed dated January _____, 2002, conveying to Columbus, Georgia, Highlands Drive, Meadow Valley Court and Woodland Ridge located in Phase 5, Garrett Creek Subdivision be and the same is hereby accepted. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to have said deed recorded in the Deed Records in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia. A copy of said deed is hereto attached and by this reference made a part of this Resolution.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia, held the 29th day of January, 2002 and adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote of members of said Council.
