A Resolution Authorizing THE SUPPORT OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF BRIGHTON AT THE PARK APARTMENTS AN AFFORDABLE
RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY. whereas, the proposed development to be known as the Brighton at The Park Apartments, an
affordable residential multi-family community to consist of 128 units, of which
115 units will be made affordable to low income residents; and,
whereas, the project is to be developed on property located on Tax Map 109-001-019 and
020, Warm Springs Road, Columbus, Muscogee County, Georgia; and,
WHEREAS, the proposed development is being financed with Bond Financing through
the Development Authority.
That the Council hereby supports the proposed development to be know as
Brighton at the Park Apartment Community.
