A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO SUGAR MILL DRIVE, SUGAR MILL COURT AND CANDY LANE
LOCATED IN SECTION ONE, SUGAR MILL DIVISION ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying to Columbus, Georgia,
Sugar Mill Drive, Sugar Mill Court and Candy Lane located in Section One, Sugar
Mill Subdivision, a full description of said property being shown in said deed;
and,
whereas, said streets have been improved and meet the required specifications for
acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department of Columbus, Georgia has inspected said
streets for acceptance by the City; and recommends acceptance of same.
THAT certain deed dated the 7th day of January, 2002, conveying to Columbus, Georgia, all of Sugar Mill Drive, Sugar Mill Court and Candy Lane located in Section One, Sugar Mill Division, be and the same is hereby accepted. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to have said deed recorded in the dee records in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia. A copy of said deed is hereto attached, and by this reference, made a part of this Resolution.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia, held the 15th day of January, 2002 and adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote of members of said Council.
