A Resolution Authorizing A VARIANCE REQUEST TO REDUCE THE MINIMUM RESIDENTIAL SETBACK OF A WIRELESS

COMMUNICATIONS FACILITY (TOWER) FROM 300 FEET TO 210.5 FEET FOR WIRELESS

COMMUNICATION SERVICES at 3650 Buena Vista Road. whereas, Preferred Sites, LLC has appropriately applied for a Variance Request to reduce

the minimum residential setback of a communications facility (tower) for

wireless communication services on property described above;
whereas, the Planning Division has reviewed the request and finds that the criteria of

Section 18.53A for approval of a variance request have been properly met.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

That all the criteria of Section 18.53A have been met. A variance request to reduce the minimum residential setback of a wireless communications facility (tower) from 300 feet to 210.5 feet for wireless communication service is granted for the property located at 3650 Buena Vista Road.
