A Resolution Authorizing A SPECIAL EXCEPTION USE TO ALLOW A DAYCARE CENTER, TYPE III AT 7300 Whittlesey

Boulevard. whereas, North Highland Assembly of God has appropriately applied for a Special

Exception Use to allow a daycare center at the address above; and
whereas, a daycare center, Type III is permitted under the SFR-1 (Single Family

Residential-1) zoning district.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

That all the criteria of Section 10.2.7 have been substantially met and that a

Special Exception Use to allow a daycare center, Type III is granted for the

property located at 7300 Whittlesey Boulevard with the following condition:



? Street access via Sweetbriar Way shall be prohibited during operational hours

of the daycare center; the existing gate connecting Spring Lake subdivision and

the North Highland Assembly of God church shall be closed Monday thru Friday

from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm."
