A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF THE DEED TO THE 0.642 ACRE DETENTION BASIN LOCATED IN SECTION

THREE, QUAIL CREEK. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying 0.642 acre Detention

Basin located in Section Three, Quail Creek, a full description of said

property being shown in said deed from Harco Properties, LLC.
whereas, said Detention Basin has been completed and meets the required specifications;

and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has inspected said Detention Basin and

recommends acceptance of same.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

That certain deed dated the 14th day of April, 2005, conveying to

Columbus, Georgia, all of the 0.642 Acre Detention Basin located in Section

Three Quail Creek, be and the same is hereby accepted. The Clerk of Council is

hereby authorized to have said deed recorded in the deed records in the Office

of the Clerk of Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia. A copy of said deed

is hereto attached and by this reference made a part of this Resolution.
