A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO BROADSTONE COURT AND THAT PORTION OF IRONSTONE
DRIVE LOCATED IN SECTION THREE, BROADFIELD SUBDIVISION. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying to Columbus, Georgia,
Broadstone Court and that portion of Ironstone Drive located in Section Three,
Broadfield Subdivision a full description of said street being shown in said
deed; and,
whereas, the said streets have been completed and meet the required specifications for
acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department of Columbus, Georgia has inspected said
streets for acceptance by the City and recommends acceptance of same.
That certain deed dated the 13th day of February 2004, conveying to Columbus,
Georgia, Broadstone Court and the portion of Ironstone Drive located in Section
Three, Broadfield Subdivision be and the same is hereby accepted. The Clerk of
Council is hereby authorized to have said deed recorded in the deed records in
the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia. A copy
of said deed is hereto attached and by this reference made a part of this
Resolution.
