A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO ADDITIONAL RIGHT-OF-WAY, PART OF LAND LOT 33, 18TH

DISTRICT 0.306 ACRES ADJACENT TO COUNTY LINE ROAD ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS,

GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying Part of Land Lot

33, 18th District 0.306 acres adjacent to County Line Road, a full description

of said property shown in said deed; and,
whereas, developer wishes to deed said property to the City due to the size and location

of the property; and,
WHEREAS, said additional right-of-way does not meet zoning requirements

for building.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

That certain deed dated the 7th day of April, 2005, conveying to

Columbus, Georgia all of 0.306 Acres additional right-of-way, adjacent to

County Line Road, Part of Land Lot 33, 18th District, be and the same is hereby

accepted. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to have said deed recorded

in the Office of Superior Court of Muscogee County, Columbus, Georgia. A copy

of said deed is hereto attached and by this reference made a part of this

resolution.
