A Resolution Authorizing A SPECIAL EXCEPTION USE TO ERECT A WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS FACILITY FOR
WIRELESS COMMUNICATIONS SERVICE ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3950 Schatulga Road. whereas, Foresite, LLC has appropriately applied for a Special Exception Use, to erect a
195-foot wireless communications facility (tower) for wireless communications
service on the property described above; and,
whereas, transmission towers for communication towers are permitted solely as a Special
Exception Use for publicly owned property (owned by the Columbus Consolidated
Government) under the current R-1A (Low Density Residential) Zoning District.
That all the criteria of Section 22-26.2(7.D) have been substantially met and
that a Special Exception Use for a communications tower for wireless
communications service is granted for the property located at 3950 Schatulga
Road.
