A Resolution Authorizing A SPECIAL EXCEPTION TO ALLOW A RESTAURANT AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF BUENA

VISTA ROAD AND ANDREWS ROAD. whereas, Stantec Consulting has appropriately applied for a Special Exception Use to

operate a restaurant at the above location; and,
whereas, a restaurant is a permitted use under the current M-1 (Light Manufacturing)

District.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

That a Special Exception Use for a restaurant be granted for the property located at the southeast corner of Buena Vista Road and Andrews Road.
