A Resolution Authorizing A SPECIAL EXCEPTION TO ALLOW A DAY CARE CENTER AT 5325 FORREST ROAD whereas, Rev. James Herring has appropriately applied for a Special Exception Use to

operate a day care center at the above address; and,
whereas, a day care center is a permitted use as a Special Exception under the current

R-4 (High Density Residential) District.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

That a Special Exception Use for a day care center be granted for the property located at 5325 Forrest Road.
