A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO THE CUL-DE-SAC PORTION OF TOWER ROAD PARCEL "A" AND
PARCEL "B" EACH CONTAINING 0.0933 ACRE ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying the cul-de-sac portion of
Tower Road, parcel "A" and parcel "B" each containing 0.0933 acre, a full
description of said property shown on said deed; and,
whereas, said cul-de-sac has been improved and meets their required specifications for
acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has inspected said cul-de-sac and
recommends acceptance of same.
That the City Manager is hereby authorized to issue certain deed dated
the 15th day of June, 2005, conveying to Columbus, Georgia all of the
Cul-de-sac portion of Tower Road, parcel "A" and parcel "B" each containing
0.0933 acre be and the same is hereby accepted. The Clerk of Council is hereby
authorized to have said deed recorded in the Office of the Superior Court of
Muscogee County, Columbus, Georgia. A copy of said deed is hereto attached and
by this reference made a part of this resolution.
