A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO SONOMA COURT AND PORTION OF SONOMA DRIVE LOCATED IN
SECTION TWO, SONOMA POINTE ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying to Columbus, Georgia
Sonoma Court and Portion of Sonoma Pointe Drive located in Section Two, Sonoma
Pointe, a full description of said property shown in said deed; and,
whereas, said streets have been improved and met the required specifications for
acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department of Columbus, Georgia has inspected said
streets and recommends acceptance of same.
That certain deed dated the 2nd day of November, 2004 conveying to
Columbus, Georgia all of Sonoma Court and Portion of Sonoma Pointe Drive
located in Section Two, Sonoma Pointe, be and the same is hereby accepted. The
Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to have said deed recorded in the Office
of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Columbus, Georgia. A copy of said
deed is hereto attached and by this reference made a part of this Resolution.
