A Resolution Authorizing A SPECIAL EXCEPTION TO ALLOW A DAY CARE CENTER AT 746 3RD AVENUE. whereas, Katrina Edwards has appropriately applied for a Special Exception Use to allow

a day care center at the above location; and,
whereas, a day care center is a permitted use under the current H (Historic) District.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

That a Special Exception Use allowing a day care center be granted for the

property located at 746 3rd Avenue.
