A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO CREEKSTONE COURT AND STONE CREEK LANE LOCATED IN

SECTION 5, STONE CREEK SUBDIVISION ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying to Columbus, Georgia,

Creekstone Court and Stone Creek Lane located in Section 5, Stone Creek

Subdivision, a full description of said property being shown in said deed; and,
whereas, said streets have been improved and meet the required specifications; and,

WHEREAS, the Engineerng Department of Columbus, Georgia has inspected said

streets and recommends acceptance of same.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

THAT certain deed dated January _____, 2002, conveying to Columbus, Georgia, Creekstone Court and Stone Creek Lane located in Section 5, Stone Creek Subdivision, be and the same is hereby accepted. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to have said deed recorded in the Deed Records in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia. A copy of said deed is hereto attached and by this reference made a part of this Resolution.

Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia, held the 29th day of January, 2002 and adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote of   members of said Council.
