A Resolution Authorizing ACCEPTING A DEED TO WATERVALLEY DRIVE, AND THAT PORTION OF WATERVIEW DRIVE,

LYING IN SECTION THREE OF WATERSTONE SUBDIVISION ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS,

GEORGIA whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying to Columbus, Georgia,

Watervalley Drive; and that portion of Waterview Drive lying in Section Three

of Waterstone Subdivision; and
whereas, said street has been improved and meet the required specifications; and
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department of Columbus, Georgia has inspected said

streets and recommended acceptance of same.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA, HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

That certain deed dated the 26th day of August 2003, conveying to

Columbus, Georgia Watervalley Drive, and that portion of Waterview Drive lying

in Section Three of Waterstone Subdivision, and the same is hereby accepted.

The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized to have said deed recorded in the

Deed Records in the Office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Muscogee

County, Georgia. A copy of said deed is hereto attached and by this reference

made a part of this Resolution.
