A Resolution Authorizing THE ACCEPTANCE OF A DEED TO CUMBAA COURT AND THAT PORTION OF GLENMERE DRIVE
LOCATED IN BROOKWOOD ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS, GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia has been submitted a deed conveying Cumbaa Court and that
portion of Glenmere Drive located in Brookwood, a full description of said
property shown in said deed; and,
whereas, said streets have been improved and meets the required specifications for
acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has inspected said streets and recommends
acceptance of same.
THAT certain deed dated the 8th day of March, 2005, conveying to Columbus,
Georgia all of Cumbaa Court and that portion of Glenmere Drive located in
Brookwood, be and the same is hereby accepted. The Clerk of Council is hereby
authorized to have said deed recorded in the Office of the Superior Court of
Muscogee County, Columbus, Georgia. A copy of said deed is hereto attached and
by this reference made a part of this resolution.
