A Resolution Authorizing A DEED TO SANDY PARKWAY IN FOUNTAIN RIDGE BUSINESS PARK ON BEHALF OF COLUMBUS,
GEORGIA. whereas, Columbus, Georgia, has been submitted a deed conveying to Columbus, Georgia,
Sandy Parkway, said street being in Fountain Ridge Business Park; a full
description of said property being shown in said deed; and,
whereas, said street has been improved and meets the required specifications for
acceptance by the City; and,
WHEREAS, the Engineering Department of Columbus, Georgia, has inspected said
street for acceptance by the City, and recommends acceptance of same.
That certain deed dated the _22nd_ day of _July, 2003_, conveying to Columbus,
Georgia, Sandy Parkway, as shown on the map of Fountain Ridge Business Park,
be and the same is hereby accepted. The Clerk of Council is hereby authorized
to have said deed recorded in the deed records in the Office of the Clerk of
the Superior Court of Muscogee County, Georgia. A copy of said deed is hereto
attached and by this reference made a part of this Resolution.
Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of Columbus, Georgia, held the 29th_ day of _July, 2003 and adopted at said meeting by the affirmative vote of _____________ members of said Council.
